Anthony has appreciated a strong connection with nature since childhood. As a former wilderness camp counselor, Anthony has spent considerable time camping, backpacking, and exploring. During the pandemic Anthony discovered a new love for fly-fishing and the calming nature of moving water.

As a licensed clinical psychologist, Anthony has gravitated toward influences from psychodynamic theory and Eastern-informed philosophies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR).

Anthony received his certification as a Nature Informed Therapist from the Center of Nature Informed Therapy (CNIT) in 2025.

Katy discovered her passion for movement at a young age through weekly ballet, tap, and jazz classes at a local dance studio in Washington state. She found yoga while looking for a similar sense of community and exercise in college and has continued practicing for over fifteen years. Katy completed 200-Hour Yoga Teacher training in 2024 and is dedicated to cultivating mindfulness and exploring the connection between mind and body. Her classes are a blend of Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Pranayama, and mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques.

Katy is currently working on her Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) certification and maintains a personal ashtanga practice.
